One-on-one Counselling
Sessions can be held in person, virtually, or over the phone, whichever works best for you.
Sessions are 50 minute - $175 + GST.
If cost is a barrier for you please let me know as I offer a sliding scale.
Counselling and therapy are not covered by our provincial health care plan but some health care insurance and benefit providers do cover these services. Make sure to check with yours.
